2026 New Years Resolutions

I hope you are getting off to a good start in 2026! New Years Resolutions don’t have to be anything grand, they just need to enhance your life in some way and “spark joy.” Mine, for example include giving myself a pedicure every week so I’m not walking around with dry crusty toes all winter long; blogging (my version of journaling) more since Doody Free Girl began as a blog in 2012 when I was working at Release NYC (now closed) because writing is one of my little joys in life; not drinking so much coffee (I will never give up coffee simply because I love it and the removal of it will spark zero joy in my morning, but I use it far too often as a meal substitute); learning to use ChatGBT (not a huge priority because I don’t trust that machine plus I like to consider myself original), taking more epsom salt baths (did you know they can neutralize radiation from all of our electronics?!), learning something new about world history each day and introducing the second product of my Doody Free Girl hygiene line.

Your New Years Resolution might be more health-focused and I encourage you to make the connection to gut health.
