Thanks to your support, 2025 was a landmark year for me as the Doody Free Girl. I celebrated my 10 year anniversary, numerous of my shitty posts went viral on Instagram and TikTok, I created a YouTube Channel, I finally wrote a children’s book while potty training my daughter titled Please Stop Pooping Your Pants, and I came out with the very first product of my Doody Free Girl hygiene line, the Butt Blaster Bidet (available at the studio and soon on Amazon).

There are no words for the immense gratitude I feel toward my clients, my family and my online audience. “Feeling seen” isn’t it. I’ve felt this deeply rooted purpose of playing a role (however small) in reducing constipation-induced anxiety and/or anxiety-induced constipation because I know firsthand how this special kind of anxiety affects one’s quality of life. The gut-brain axis is a two way street with science revealing more communication from the gut to the brain than vice versa. It is no wonder you can feel so shitty at times without explanation. It also comes as no surprise to me that in some countries like Japan, the vagus nerve (the sheath of nerves that runs through your bowels) is being stimulated through the ear in the treatment of depression and anxiety. Gut health is the gateway to mental health and my hope has always been to lighten your load with perhaps a colonic and some potty humor.
