I couldn’t be more excited to have both our first Doody Free Dude Joe and his wife Lauren on board! If you’ve been following, you know I love me a retreat. Joe and his wife will be covering for me while I’m on my annual Aunty Skates retreat in Costa Rica at the end of the month. In fact, I know I’m leaving you in great hands because on my last retreat in October, I was on a Tootsie Olan retreat in Tulum and not one, but two of the women were from New Jersey and frequent colonic clients of Lauren down in the Jersey shore area. They were singing her praises because Lauren not only has healing hands, but she has her very own healing journey battling ulcerative colitis in her early 20s that she loves sharing with clients in the hopes that it could guide someone on their own holistic healing path. I personally, got into colonics strictly for vanity reasons, so I love when therapists are able to share how colonics literally saved their asses.
