Are you superstitious? Who the fuck isn’t. Everyone has their thing whether it is a common superstition like don’t cross a black cat, don’t walk under a ladder, do not wish anyone a happy new year before the new year, tidy up before the new year but do not clean on New Years Day or a personally made up superstition. Whatever your superstition, I think we can all agree that New Years Day is a great day to rest, relax and take a good shit to reset before adopting any New Years Resolutions that involve health enhancing habits.
That said, Joe will be available to you all day on New Years Day! Everyone has their personal preference when it comes to the gender of their therapist. I get it. Many women are uncomfortable with male OBGYN or male masseuse, which could be rooted in past trauma or perhaps religious beliefs. For those who just worry it may feel awkward and weird, I assure you all the therapists at Doody Free Girl (male or female) pride themselves in providing the utmost comfort because the best releases happen only when the client is completely relaxed.
I personally received colonics exclusively from men when I first started receiving colonics back in 2007 specifically from my mentors Gil Jacobs and Tom DeVito in NYC. So if you’re open to it, my advice for 2026 is: Don’t discriminate. Defecate.
