Happy New Year Assholes!

Happy New Year! I’ve always loved this time of year because it’s when everyone gets serious (if even only temporary) about their health and suddenly colonics don’t sound so fucking crazy to the average person. Even not drinking alcohol for an entire month becomes socially acceptable! So this month, I encourage you to do whatever makes you feel happier and healthier because it is the only time no one will give you any shit. Therefore, it’s a good time to build that muscle memory and create new habits you will stick to like eating a diet that promotes smooth and voluptuous bowel movements and getting some daily movement. An easy way to get 30-45 minutes of daily movement is with my good friend Maddy’s online Pilates/Yoga platform, Fit Body Fresh Mind. They say it takes at least 21 days to develop a new habit, but I personally think it only takes 7-14 days of doing something that makes you feel amazing to make it stick.
