Reset Your Diet in Five Days with Prolon FMD

Today is day four of my Prolon five day fasting mimicking diet and I am happy to report that this has been the easiest one I’ve done both mentally and physically so far. I usually start it on a Monday so that I don’t have to be all weird about food with my daughter on the weekend, but this time I decided to just start it right away instead of being haunted by the box for a week or two.
